Acquired Awareness can supply the full range of services in the Permits and Plans area to all of our clientele. From extensive and complicated plans through to simple traffic guidance schemes, Acquired Awareness can design a plan for any clients needs. Permit applications through relevant authorities are easily handled by our professional, experienced team.
At Acquired Awareness the importance of ongoing training and up-skilling is understood. In addition to the AATM initial general company induction where an extensive overview our policies, procedures, practices and expectations are covered, Acquired Awareness Training Centre (AATC) utilises industry experienced trainers to ensure all staff receive instruction on the current Industry Best Practice relevant to their role. Acquired Awareness Training Centre is a registered training organisation (RTO #40905) and is licenced by the QLD Department of Transport and Main Road to deliver the following courses: Traffic Control, Traffic Management Implementation and Traffic Management Design.
Acquired Awareness operates from three depots (Northern Brisbane, the Gold Coast & the North Coast) within South East Queensland allowing for localised support to clients in these regions. We currently have in excess of one hundred and sixty purpose-built, fully equipped Traffic Control vehicles fitted with roof-mounted arrowboards and UHF Radios. In addition to twelve Variable Message Boards (with solar powered LED light technology), nine VMS utes and six Truck Mounted Attenuators (Bump Trucks) for hire.
Acquired Awareness Traffic Management Pty Ltd (AATM) operates a team of highly trained and fully licensed security personnel through our affiliated business Acquired Awareness Security Services Pty Ltd (AASS) to support our Traffic Management capability. Staff specialise in ensuring sites exposed to possible theft or vandalism are maintained in a secure manner.
As a family-owned and run business, Acquired Awareness first commenced operations in 1997 and has slowly grown from a small team of 4 people into a company now providing Traffic Management and Security Services across South East Queensland with offices based in Northern Brisbane, the Gold Coast & the North Coast.
